HOW IT WORKS
The platform operates on a simple principle — a visible profile means verified competence. Everyone on the platform, whether an individual or an organisation, has demonstrated a minimum baseline of knowledge in health, safety and security before their profile goes live.
For individuals Complete our eight IOSH-approved bitesize e-learning courses covering health and safety fundamentals, security awareness, EDI, safeguarding and neurodiversity — and your profile activates automatically once all eight are complete.
Alternatively, complete IOSH Managing Safely and your profile goes live on completion of that course, with the eight bitesize courses available to you as optional further development.
For organisations To create an active organisation profile, at least one person within your business must hold IOSH Managing Safely certification. That person acts as your nominated representative ‘Nominee’ — managing your organisation’s profile, overseeing risk assessments, and maintaining your compliance documentation on the platform.

E-Learning
- Eight IOSH-approved bitesize courses available on demand, covering health and safety fundamentals, security awareness for events and night-time industries, EDI, safeguarding and neurodiversity. Complete at your own pace, on any device, with digital certification on completion.
MARTYN’S LAW PREPARATION
The platform’s H&S management tools, security awareness training and documentation systems provide a strong foundation for organisations preparing for the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025. As and when any mandatory training or requirements are confirmed by the Government and the SIA, the platform will integrate those requirements — allowing proof of compliance to be stored and demonstrated in one place.
